time to eat right...


Simple pasta recipe I made up last night... and it's healthy!
Try it out

Amy's Vegetable Alfredo Pasta
3 cups of wheat bow tie pasta
1 cup fresh spinach
2 cups broccoli
1 cup cut carrots
sauce:
1/4 cup reduced fat vegetable cream cheese
2 tablespoon butter (i like smart butter)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of milk
*Boil Pasta
*Steam your vegetables
*In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients and boil or microwave :)
*Mix sauce with steamed vegetables and toss in pasta!
*Bon Appetite
serves about 2-3
